With experience in higher education IT and corporate learning, I’ve grown into a multi-faceted individual with a focus on helping people effectively learn and find the information they need to meet their needs.

I assist in managing the full lifecycle of help documentation in a knowledgebase from creation to retirement including authoring articles, metadata tagging, and categorization. I also assist in auditing existing documentation to identify knowledge gaps and redundant content.

I deliver technical in-person and virtual training to end users on tools such as learning management systems, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Google Workspace, video management platforms, and other supported technologies. I also create and deploy training materials and videos.
